Chanting!
Chanting dates back to the earliest civilizations: The Mesopotamian, The Indus Valley, The Ancient Egyptian, The Maya, The Chinese, The Ancient Greek, The Persian, The Roman, The Aztec, and The Incan Civilizations all performed some type of Chanting in their religious/spiritual praise and worship and we're still chanting today. Don't confuse Chanting with speaking in Tongues because speaking in Tongues is a sacred language between the person speaking and the Holy Spirit, while Chanting is repetitive words mostly spoken to music (some are spoken without music) or in some rhythmic form to honour and praise the most high God, to petition God's highest powers and to convert energies. Chanting can't be used to hurt or harm others because its power is on Truth and God's Truth is always for the benefit of his children, not the detriment. As long as your Truth is in alignment with God, everything works in your favor. Chanting is a form of Meditation and if you want to learn this type of meditation reach out to me today!
