Jesus the Christ!
I'm not going to get into a long story about Jesus it's all there in the New Testament and details about his life in the four gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Since we are students of his teachings, Meditating on scripture that pertains to him is imperative. We must incorporate thoughts of Jesus into our daily meditation practice because when we read, our mind sometimes, doesn't fully understand the magnitude of what was read. We meditate to get the full, deeper meaning of the daily words and deeds of Jesus because every single aspect of his existence is important, and we can't afford to miss out. I ask you who is reading this post and those within its vibration to find scripture about Jesus, begin anywhere in the New Testament, the Holy Spirit will guide you there, and take 5 minutes to let it marinate in your soul through Meditation. Be great today!
